AIR TRAVEL
To book your flight, go to the registration page and provide your preferred timing and origination city for both you and your guest. You will then be contacted by a representative within 72 hours with a proposed agenda. You will need to confirm your itinerary within 24 hours of receiving your optional itineraries. All flights are ticketed in economy class and any upgrades are at the expense of the individual. Proper approvals will be needed for any exceptions.

Note – All attendees must have a valid passport to enter Italy. Please contact the travel agents for any specific questions you might have about passports, itineraries, or air travel once you have registered. Be sure that your passport will not expire within 6 months of travel.

The hotel will request a copy of your passport as well as your home address per the local regulations.

Arrival Procedures
Welcome to Italy! Upon arrival at the Naples Airport, you will proceed through customs and collect your luggage at baggage claim. A representative will be there to meet you with a hand held sign of the ARRIS Circle of Excellence logo. Our representatives will assist you to your pre-arranged transportation. Restrooms are available inside the airport after going through immigration and in the baggage claim area.

Once outside the airport terminal, we will have porters to assist you with your luggage and place it within the appropriate vehicle to be transferred to the resort. An English speaking host/hostess will provide a briefing on the destination while en route to the resort.

The transfer time from the airport to the resort is approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes without traffic.

Departure Procedures to the Naples Airport and the Naples Train Station
After an exciting and rejuvenating week, departure day is never popular. At the hospitality desk, we will provide a 'departure notice' indicating the time you should have your luggage ready in your room as well as the time you should meet in the lobby for your transportation. If you have incurred incidental expenses during your stay, we ask that you plan for additional time to allow for checkout.

The transfer to the airport and the train station will be a minimum of 1 hour and 30 minutes without traffic and we will plan for your arrival at the airport to be 2 hours before your departure time.

Upon arriving at the Airport, a representative will place your luggage in the appropriate airline check-in line where you will also check-in. All guests must check-in their own luggage. Upon arriving at the train station, you will need to check the boards to find the correct platform. Remember to also check that your luggage is in the vehicle prior to departing the hotel.
