TENUTA SAN FRANCESCO VINEYARD TOUR, TASTING AND LUNCH
In Tramonti, you will discover an unexpected Amalfitan coast: unpolluted nature, centuries old vineyards, churches and lovely villages where time has stopped. In an 18th century farm, located in the regional park of the Monti Lattari, you will tour the Tenuta San Francesco vineyard and learn how they make their special wines! After the tour, enjoy a wine pairing and authentic Italian lunch with the family of the vineyard. Enjoy an unforgettable day in rediscovering the tastes and flavors of a rural world as well as experiencing the traditions of the region.

LAUTHENTIC ITALIAN LEMON TOUR AND COOKING CLASS
If eating healthy, satisfies the palate…what’s better in the world than to experience an authentic Italian cooking class using the lemons harvested right there on the Amalfi Coast?
This cooking class is born by the firm conviction that the Mediterranean diet is unique in the world!
The Sfusato Amalfitano Lemons are an inevitable ingredient in the Mediterranean cuisine and especially along the Amalfi Coast. They can be used as a base for many recipes but also to produce Limoncello. The owners of this lemon farm will take you on a tour where you will learn about growing and harvesting the lemons and you will see the farmers in action!
After the tour, the owners will teach you all the secrets of the traditional recipes and you will discover alternative ways of using lemons in the kitchen every day. Finally you will get to enjoy lunch and see for yourself how lemons are a valuable ingredient in every course!
The farm is located on a vertical incline thus can sometimes be hard to walk. We recommend only those physically able to choose this activity.

HALF DAY BOAT TOUR TO SORRENTO
Admire the Amalfi coast and its picturesque villages from a luxury private boat. Departing directly from the hotel, you will see the villages along the coast and then arrive in Sorrento for some exploring on your own.
Sorrento is the perfect place to find traditional crafts, handmade leather sandals, food specialties and gift shops. Walk through Sorrento's ancient winding streets seeing the churches and discovering how the locals live! This time in Sorrento is yours so enjoy the famous pasta alla Sorrentina for lunch, do some shopping or just walk around and explore all that this quaint town has to offer.

A DAY IN CAPRI
No visit to the Amalfi Coast is complete without at least a few hours spent on the Mediterranean Seas surrounding the Island of Capri. Taking the turquoise waters is the only way to explore some of the most beautiful parts of the island.
A private boat will depart from the Amalfi harbor and after a beautiful tour of the island of Capri, where you will see caves and grottos, you will arrive at the harbor of Carpi Marina Grande. You will then have time to discover the island on your own and admire the chic boutiques. Enjoy lunch on your own at any of the amazing restaurants on the island. You can also visit the island with a guide and then enjoy some free time afterwards in the center of Capri.

THE POMPEII EXPDEDITION
The ruins of Pompeii, the city buried under the ashes of the eruption of Mount Vesuvius in 79AD, represents perhaps the most important archaeological site in the world. Your guide will take you through a journey back in time, showcasing the history and stories of Pompeii, helping you imagine what life was like before the eruption.
After the visit of Pompeii, you will enjoy a typical and traditional pasta lunch.
